About Map My Maintenance | Built for Work That Has a Place
About Us

We're building the system for work that has a place

The future of maintenance isn't a spreadsheet. It's a connected workspace built around your asset.

Map My Maintenance exists to keep work, parts, people, and places connected to the assets they belong to

Most project management tools were built for office work, tasks that float in lists, calendars, and boards. That doesn't work for people who maintain yachts, run shipyards, look after buildings, or keep factories operating. Their work happens in real places.

We believe the plan should be the workspace. The yacht GA, the building floor plan, the factory layout, the sketch of a home, these are the natural starting points for managing work that lives in a real place. Every job, every part on order, every contractor in motion should live where it actually belongs.

We want a future where every owner, operator, captain, manager, and contractor opens one system, sees the same picture, and knows exactly where the work is, onboard, onsite, or thousands of miles away.

Six principles we practise every single day

These aren't aspirations. They're how we run the business, build the product, and treat our customers, every day, on every decision.

Principle 01

The product earns the sale

No demos required. No locked-down trials. Sign up, set up your first site, and start working. If the product doesn't prove itself in 14 days, you are free to cancel.

Principle 02

Every feature in every plan

No setup fees. No paid add-ons. No "enterprise" tier that quietly costs ten times more. The price you see is the price you pay, and you can cancel any time.

Principle 03

The plan is the workspace

Most software treats work as abstract. We treat it as located. Every job lives in the place it belongs, on the yacht GA, the floor plan, the site drawing, because the place is the thing that doesn't change.

Principle 04

Restraint over noise

Every feature we include solves a specific problem that a real user described. We don't build features to look impressive. If it doesn't make the daily work easier, it doesn't belong in the product.

Principle 05

Your data is yours

Encrypted, backed up, and exportable in PDF, Excel, CSV, or Word any time you want. No lock-in. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

Principle 06

Real people, within one working day

When you write to us, a person reads it and replies. By email or through the contact form. No bots. No "your ticket has been assigned a priority" loops.

A small, deliberate team, with experience that runs deeper than this product

Our experience spans yachting, software, operations, and design, across organisations both established and emerging. We've coordinated full yacht refits, run multi-site maintenance operations, and built and scaled software products from scratch.

We're a small team by choice. Every person in it touches the product, the customers, or both. There's no layer of intermediaries between the people who use Map My Maintenance and the people who build it. When something needs to change, it changes.
