Site

The workspace. A mapped layout of your asset, yacht, building, or facility, that anchors Work Lists, Projects, and Maintenance to real locations within your operation.

  • A Site is a General Arrangement (GA) Plan or mapped operational area within the system
  • Can represent a yacht, house, factory, commercial shopping centre, office park, hotel, marina, or other managed asset
  • Used as the visual and structural foundation for Work Lists, Projects, Maintenance, Deficiencies, and Operational Reporting
  • Allows users to map locations, systems, equipment, and operational zones directly onto the plan/layout of the asset

Most teams start on Basic and add capacity as they grow. We charge for capacity, more users, more sites, because that's real cost on our side. We don't charge for features. Here are the prices, with no surprises.

Plenty of software in this space is priced to make comparison hard. Different tiers for different roles. Setup fees that aren't mentioned until later. Feature add-ons that should never have been add-ons in the first place. Sales calls to find out what "unlimited" actually costs.

We don't do any of that. Four Plans. Every feature in all of them. When you need more capacity, more users, more sites, the prices are listed in plain numbers and you only pay for what you add. You can try the whole thing for a week, and if it's not right, walking away takes one click.

Questions about pricing

Do you really include every feature in both plans?
Yes. Every core feature is included in all four subscription plans. The difference between plans is capacity, such as the amount of Admin users, Normal Users, Guest users, and sites, not access to essential tools.
How does the free trial work, and do you need my card details?
Yes, we ask for card details when you sign up, but we don't charge anything for the first 14 days. You get full access to every feature for all 14 days. If it's not right for you, cancel before day 15 and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your plan starts on day 15 at the price you selected. We send a reminder before day 15 so you're never caught off guard.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Unlimited later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan as your team, sites, or workload grows. Move from Starter to Solo Operator, Team, or Unlimited when you need more capacity, and your new plan will start from the date you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. If you're billed monthly, your plan stays active until the end of the current month and isn't renewed. If you're billed annually, your plan stays active until the end of the year you've paid for, we don't refund the unused portion. No notice period, no exit fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation, enough time to export anything you need. You can download reports, exports, and full data files in PDF, Excel, CSV, or Word at any point. After 30 days, the account is closed and the data is removed in line with our privacy policy.
Are there really no setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees on any plan. The only costs beyond your plan are if you grow past what's included, extra users, extra guests, or extra sites, and those prices are all listed above. No paid feature unlocks. No surprise charges.
