The rights and obligations between you and us when you use Map My Maintenance. Read carefully , these apply from the moment you create an account.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out your and our legal rights and obligations when you use Map My Maintenance. You will be asked to accept these terms before creating an account. You cannot register an account or use any of the services without agreeing to them.
These terms are available in English only. You may print a copy for future reference. The current version is always shown on this page. If we change them, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. After that period, continuing to use the services counts as acceptance of the new version.
1. Subject matter
Map My Maintenance is a project and maintenance management application. Its purpose is to provide a comprehensive platform that lets contractors, mechanics, technicians, and operations teams manage maintenance, repairs, projects, and procurement around a real-world plan. Features are tailored to the needs of maintenance professionals , task organisation, resource allocation, coordination, and reporting.
The intended audience includes maintenance personnel, project managers, supervisors, project coordinators, administrative staff, contractors, and asset owners. The application can be subscribed to as a stand-alone product or as part of the Ephemeris suite, available at mapmymaintenance.com.
2. Definitions
- Account , a personal user account on the application where the User accesses the services, including the User's personal data.
- Application , the Map My Maintenance software, accessible through the website or mobile apps.
- Company / us , SEG EU OÜ, registered in Estonia under number 16255825, registered address Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.
- Party / Parties , separately the User or the Company; together the User and the Company.
- Service , the services accessible through the application.
- User Content , content shared by the User on the application, including feedback, ideas, modifications, suggestions, and improvements.
- User / you , a natural person with active legal capacity, at least 18 years old, or a legal entity, who has agreed to these terms.
- Website , mapmymaintenance.com, the web environment through which the application is accessible.
- Force Majeure Event , an event outside the reasonable control of the affected party, including internet outages, cyber attacks, power failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar.
3. General provisions
By using the services, you confirm that you have read these terms, agree to them, and will comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the services or register an account.
These terms set out the rights and obligations of the User in respect of using the services, including how the application is used and the liability of each party. The services are designed to give you access to a maintenance and project management system.
4. Your account
To use the services, you must register an account by providing an email address and a strong password. You can only access the account and use the services on your own behalf and in your own name , access on behalf of third parties is forbidden.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and fees
You may use the application under these terms for a fee agreed between the parties via the website. You are responsible for any additional costs (taxes, currency conversion, payment fees) incurred as part of paying that fee.
We offer a free trial for new accounts. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the first subscription period. You can cancel at any time after that , the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription prices and inclusions are described on the Pricing . We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the application.
- Use the application to send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to compromise the security of any system.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the application without our written consent.
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload.
7. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the application , photos, drawings, work instructions, files, and so on. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display that content as strictly necessary to provide the services to you.
All rights in the application itself, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the application available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From time to time we may need to perform maintenance, apply updates, or fix issues, which may temporarily affect availability. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.
We may change, add, or remove features over time to improve the service. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality you signed up for without first giving you notice.
9. Liability and warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose beyond the description provided on the website.
Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us in fees during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Term, suspension and termination
These terms apply for as long as you have an active account. Either party may terminate by giving notice in accordance with the subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate the account immediately if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay fees due, or use the services in a way that risks harm to other users or to the integrity of the services.
On termination, you may export your data using the export features built into the application. We will retain your data for a reasonable period afterwards as required by law, and then delete it.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform caused by a Force Majeure Event. The affected party will notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought before the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a corporate transaction.
